Seasons Inspire Day of Fun: Bath Division

The Four Seasons was the theme of a Brownie Fun Day held in Bath on Saturday 12th November. 250 Brownies from across Bath Division met at Ralph Allen School for a morning or afternoon of crafts, activities and games.
All the activities were based on the seasons theme. Spring had the girls enjoying street dance and decorating biscuits while Summer involved parachute and other active games, and making ice-cream shaped fridge magnets. Autumn found the Brownies involved with a leaf hunt activity trail and colourful firework picture calendars. Decorated photo frames, ideal to give as Christmas presents, were on offer for Winter, along with action stories. Both sessions ended with all the girls and leaders together for a seasons inspired sing song, ably led by Somerset North's Music Advisor Teresa Aldridge.
The girls all had a great time - they worked in groups with Brownies from many different packs, so they all had the chance to get to know new Brownies. Of course, none of this could have happened without the many Guiders, Unit Helpers, Young Leaders and Pack Leaders who gave up their time to organise and run all the activities.
It really was a Fun Day!
