Help Macmillan to create a huge stir this September!:
Bath Division
The World's Biggest Coffee Morning is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK. Raising over £80,000 last year in the local area alone, it provides Macmillan Cancer Support with a great boost, allowing them to provide an increased level of practical, emotional, medical and financial support for people living with cancer in Bristol, Bath and North Somerset. They would love to better that figure this year and hope you will join them by putting the kettle on ths September.
Every year over 11,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in Bristol, Bath and North Somerset. Macmillan want to support every one of those people and their friends and families too. They can only do this with your help.
This year's event takes place on Friday 28th September, but if that doesn’t work for you, you can choose a date that suits you. If you're not a coffee drinker, or you'd prefer a healthier tipple then why not substitute coffee for herbal tea, fruit juice or water, or if you're feeling adventurous, impress your guests with delicious smoothies!
Macmillan would love to hear from any guide groups that would like to take part in this event, either as a way of working towards your hostess badge or just a way of getting together and having some fun - Every cup counts!
